Works comprise of fabric repairs to the technical huts located on the south side of IWM Duxford\. Works comprise of: - Stripping and re-roofing huts 53,57,292 - Replacement guttering of all huts - Replacement of ceiling in building 57 - External redecoration to all huts - Various minor repairs Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
