## Description

Walsall Council are seeking to procure a single provider to design and deliver the implementation of 5 outdoor gym facilities across the Walsall Borough\. The council have identified the following 5 sites for this project: Aldridge Airport Walsall Arboretum Pleck Park Holland Park Pelsall Middle Common The works associated with this project will include but not be limited to the following elements: The design of the sites Procurement of gym equipment Preliminary works Installation of gym facilities at each of the sites Post installation considerations Whilst the requirements apply to each park, for the purpose of this tender, only the design submitted for Aldridge Airport will be evaluated and used to determine the overall project award\. This design will be replicated across the 4 other remaining sites\. However, it is important to note that the infrastructure and Preliminaries work will vary slightly for each site, this will be separately described and identified within the pricing schedule\. Dependant on approval, the design for Walsall Arboretum may require amendment following award to the successful bidder\. The procurement process being used is a mini-competition under ESPO 115\_21 - OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND, FITNESS & SPORTS FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT LOT 7
