YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) for the provision of Enforcement Agency Services which fall under The Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013, The Taking Control of Goods \(Fees\) Regulations 2014 and The Certification of Enforcement Agents Regulations 2014 \(including any ammendments\)\.
