Good Growth Strategy

Description

This piece of work is required to take forward the council's growth vision, as articulated in the 'Zero Carbon Cornwall' prospectus produced for UKREiiF 2023 and supplemented by a 'Route Map to Net Zero Growth' report submitted to the Strategic Director in summer 2023. This is an important step in accelerating the council's growth ambitions from strategy into co-ordinated delivery. This proposal responds to the request for support with a blend of abilities to provide a programme office providing support across the strategic directorate in its mandate to deliver zero carbon economic growth and prosperity for all communities across Cornwall.
