## Description

This piece of work is required to take forward the council's growth vision, as articulated in the 'Zero Carbon Cornwall' prospectus produced for UKREiiF 2023 and supplemented by a 'Route Map to Net Zero Growth' report submitted to the Strategic Director in summer 2023\. This is an important step in accelerating the council's growth ambitions from strategy into co-ordinated delivery\. This proposal responds to the request for support with a blend of abilities to provide a programme office providing support across the strategic directorate in its mandate to deliver zero carbon economic growth and prosperity for all communities across Cornwall\.
