Marketing Media Buying.

HMRC delivers key statutory and operational advertising campaigns within the Prime Minister's Build Back Better priorities. These campaigns are also critical for the delivery of HMRC's Strategic Objectives. HMRC requires dedicated agency resource to support it's marketing function in order to buy advertising media at the best quality and price.

The purchase of advertising media requires a unique skill-set, in-depth knowledge and expertise, bespoke tools/systems and human resources that are not available within HMRC. We require the assistance of a media buying agency to facilitate this. Crown Commercial Services and Cabinet Office working together, identify and appoint this specialist agency on behalf of HMG.

Additional information: Although there is a value to the call-off contract the agency works on a campaign-by-campaign basis and renumerated for each project. The full value of the call-off contract will be achieved throughout the contract period as individual campaigns are delivered.
