## Description

The Council is seeking consultants or a multi-disciplinary consortium to prepare an Area Action Plan \(AAP\) for the key growth area of Shoreditch\. The AAP will provide a comprehensive planning framework with the objective of managing existing pressures \(particularly from residential development\) and future growth in a sustainable manner over the next 15 years\. They will also be required to produce a scoping and baseline report that will inform the development of the AAP\.
