## Description

This service will provide pre-bookable appointments between the hours of 18:30 and 20:00 \(as a minimum\) Monday to Friday, and during the day on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays \(including Christmas & Easter\) from 1st April 2019 for patients registered with a Southend CCG GP practice, or resident within the borough, Clinical staff must include a GP who can be accompanied by another clinician such as ANPs, Practice nurses, ECPs, Pharmacists, Mental Health link workers, Healthcare Assistants etc \. A receptionist will also be required throughout at both sites\. The service must deliver a total of 74 hours per week \(excluding weeks with a bank holiday\)\. This should be split across two sites, details of which may be found in the tender documentation\.
