SH05134 - Garage Condition Survey & Refurbishment

The works comprise improvement works to approximately 3,271 garages at 362 locations across the City. The works shall mainly comprise of, new garage doors, flat roofs and roof line, some garage renewal, works to compound area, painting, and concrete repairs. The project does not include the demolition of garages which have been assessed as unsuitable. Also garages within the boundary of houses are excluded from the project. Surveys shall be undertaken at the start of the project, with works on site starting once the results of the surveys have been ratified by Sheffield City Council. Works may be let on a plot-by-plot basis or by site.
