Older Persons Extra Care - The Dunes, Redcar

There is a requirement for the provision of an Older Persons Extra Care service provider at The Dunes, Redcar. The Dunes, Redcar The Dunes, Redcar will have 18 x 1 bed and 46 x 2 bed units making a total of 64 Units in Extra Care accommodation for older people. The provider will be expected to work with the landlord to ensure the provision of extra care meets the needs of those eligible through the delivery of background and planned care and support available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
