Building Surveying Services for St Helens Council

The Council is seeking to create a framework of up to three Structural Engineer Consultants for a support consultancy service. It is intended that the framework be in place for two calendar years with the option to extend this by up to one additional year. The Council will expect its appointed Consultants to work closely and proactively with the Councils teams with the intention of creating collaborative working relationships; so that any Consultant will function as an extension of the Council team focused on the same values of efficient delivery of service and customer satisfaction.
