Work description
To develop a Travel Behaviour Change Project which includes interventions leading to changes in local travel habits and sustained mode shift.
This is to support the LCC Connecting Leeds transport strategy contribution to inclusive growth, improved health and wellbeing and sustainable infrastructure, and tackling the climate emergency, which are pillars of the best council plan.
