## Description

The Bernicia Group are seeking to appoint a contractor/s to provide a reliable, comprehensive, high quality communal cleaning service to achieve a high level of cleanliness at properties throughout the Northeast region\. Locations as detailed in Appendix I\. We also seeking to appoint a contractor/s to provide us with Void services, deep cleans and property clearances\.
