## Description

Mascot Telecare, a team in Merton's Community and Housing Department, require a reliable supplier to provide key safes for the Merton Council team to install at the properties of their customers\. Key safes enable both carers and family members to access the property of a vulnerable person, such as a social care customer or someone who has been discharged from hospital and needs care on a temporary basis\.
