Tenders are requested for the supply and application of herbicides to the Highway footways and carriageways within the Borough of Bedford. This is made up of urban and rural areas. The urban area consists of Bedford and Kempston, together with the parishes of Biddenham with Great Denham, Bromham and Elstow.
