## Description

The United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority had a requirement for a Strategic Development Partner\. The contract awarded will be predominately for the Culham site but there may be occasions where a requirement is needed for a satellite site such - Rotherham and Burton at this time\. The tender exercise was completed via the Homes England Framework\. The contract will be in place for an initial two years plus two further extensions of one year\. 3\+1\+1 = 5 years Values are excluding VAT\. This is an Award Notice only and not a call to competition\.
