GB-Colchester: Leisure World Gym Extension

The Construction of a single-storey extension to the existing fitness suite, and associated remodelling works at Leisure World, Colchester. In addition, internal remodelling to the first floor is required in order to reinstate an existing fire exit, amend the first floor office and to provide a first floor studio.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
