## Description

The tender is for the provision of a package goods and services to provide a closed pool bike scheme for Hackney Council employees\. This invitation to tender is for a complete solution, consisting of the following 4 scheme elements\. Suppliers are encouraged to bid for all elements, but may choose which elements they bid for and submit a bid in partnership with another organisation or subcontract the delivery of some elements to a third party\. All 4 scheme elements must be delivered and operational by March 2019\. Additional information: This tender will be administered via an e-procurement system called Pro Contract\. Suppliers must be registered on the system in order to access the documentation and submit a tender\.
