Bid writing and associated consultancy services

Description

Direct award to appoint D3 Associates to act as lead consultant on the Round 2 Levelling Up Fund (LUF) Bid to refurbish and redevelop Hull City Hall into a music hub and a home for variety. The transformative bid will take the current building, enhance its operability, and create a facility which is unique to Hull and its musical heritage. The direct award is proposed on the basis that the D3 Associates have been previously procured, via open tender, to provide a Feasibility Study regarding this scheme and a significant part of the services to be provided are building on the existing work undertaken.
