MVDC Affordable Housing Viability Consultancy Services

Mole Valley District Council (the Council) invites tenders for a consultant to provide advice on affordable housing viability issues on a site specific basis. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years plus one potential additional year, to commence 20 July 2021. The Council is procuring this contract following the local tender process under the Council's Contract Standing Orders. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The Council is seeking to contract with an experienced organisation that is able to provide professional advice on affordable housing viability issues, in a timely manner.
