## Description

Tenders are invited for renovation and landscaping work for The Ice House, located on the east side of Bouskell Park, Blaby, Leicestershire\. Works are estimated to take 12 weeks to complete\. The Ice House at Bouskell Park is a grade II listed building which is in need of structural repairs\. Grants have been allocated for the repair works to the Ice House and improvements in the landscaping around it\. Site visits can be arranged and will be conducted with SMP Ltd\. Please note that this project has a strict budget that is capped at £74,400 exclusive of VAT, and all bids must be below this amount\.
