## Description

The Council has a statutory obligation to provide some form of short break or respite provision for children and young people with disabilities\. One of the ways Tower Hamlets Council has chosen to fulfil that obligation is in the provision of befriending services\. We are looking for competent contractors to deliver services to the Borough's children, young people and families \(approximately 148 children\) through a range of innovative, targeted and universal interventions/activities aimed at building resilience and reducing inequalities\.
