Managed Service for Oracle Database Estate

The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead (RBWM) is seeking suppliers who are experienced in and can provide a managed service for its Oracle database estate including 24/7/365 monitoring with immediate response for mission critical environments as well as general administration, health checks, installations, patch management, best practice advice and consultancy services.

RBWM aims to run a competitive tender in the coming months among a select group of suppliers and interested suppliers are invited to contact RBWM at procurement@rbwm.gov.uk Suppliers contacting RBWM will need to provide the following details -

- Organisation name and company registration number. - Details of relevant company experience in providing the required services including any public sector experience. - Evidence of your organisation being an Oracle gold partner or above. - Your organisation's in date ISO 27001 accreditation. - Your organisation's in date Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation. This is a desirable requirement and suppliers who do not have this accreditation will not necessarily be discounted.
