006051 - Linhope PRU External Works

Newcastle City Council is wishing to appoint a Contractor to undertake improvement works to the external play space and outdoor learning area at Linhope PRU. The works comprise of supply and installation of play elements including some bespoke items and refurbishment of existing school garden area.

The Contract period is for 5 weeks, the proposed programme commencement date is 19 March 2018 and the programme completion date is 27 April 2018.

• You have completed and submitted the Quotation Response Form - document Part 3, containing your answers to the 4 scored project specific sub criteria requirements, to demonstrate your firm's proposals for performing the contract;

• You have completed and submitted the detailed Pricing Schedule - Part 4 - Schedule of works; and

• You have completed the Declaration and Total price at the end of page 6 of document Part 1 - Instructions to firms.
