Essex County Council are carrying out a market analysis for the Media Buying services\. You must be able to plan, cost and buy media advertising, including \(but not limited to\): • Digital - display, social, paid search and audio • Outdoor and ambient media • Radio • Print • Addressable TV and VOD • Media partnerships Additional information: We would like potential bidders to complete the attached document and return by Wednesday the 8th September\.
