Expression of Interest for Torbay Youth Clubs

The Council is seeking to strengthen and develop the overall youth offer including the development and creation of youth clubs via this potential funding opportunity.

The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to understand from the market the viability of this potential Youth Clubs funding opportunity and to identify any providers who may be interested in this potential opportunity.
