## Description

Mini Competition Part 2 for South Yard Phase One East under the Southern Construction Framework\. The requirement for the first phase is to deliver direct development in Area 1 East, currently 2 buildings together with the associated infrastructure, services, hard and soft landscaping\. This work is targeted to be completed by October 2017 at an estimated total cost of £4\.98m \(excl\. client side fees\)\. There is also potential to progress further building development in Area 1 East and other development areas subject to securing further funding\.
