Employment Land Review 2017

Charnwood Borough Council are seeking quotations from suitably experienced consultants to undertake a new Employment Land Review which will inform the new Charnwood Local Plan to 2036. The key objective is to provide adequate, up-to-date and relevant evidence to inform policies for employment areas and type including designations to protect existing employment land and allocations for employment land, in order to plan positively for the development required in the area through the new Charnwood Local Plan. The last date for request of documents is the 22nd September 2017, with Quotations to be returned on the 2nd October 2017 - 12 Noon.
