Scaling the application of low carbon concrete and FRP reinforcement - Phase 2

This proposal is in alignment with our roadmap for concrete, steel and asphalt and focuses on one of its main levers of maximising the use of alternative supplementary lower carbon cementitious materials to replace a percentage of carbon intensive Portland cement used in concrete.
