## Description

GBE is seeking a Supplier to deliver a specialist leadership recruitment service for 2026 2027\. The Supplier will be required to deliver a rigorous, transparent, and effective executive search process, aligned with GBE values, culture, and strategic objectives\. The objective of this Contract is for a Supplier to: Conduct a full executive search process, including discovery, market mapping, targeted outreach, screening, assessment, shortlisting, referencing, offer support, and post placement follow up\. Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, candidate intelligence, and guidance on challenges associated with senior level hiring\. Ensure all search activity is tailored to GBE organisational goals and cultural requirements\. Support the identification and attraction of diverse and highly qualified candidates\. This contract was procured via the Crown Commercial Service Framework RM6290 Executive and Non Executive Recruitment Services Lot Executive Search Grade 6, SCS1 and SCS2 \(and equivalents\)\.
