The London Borough of Redbridge ("the Authority") invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations in relation to the Contract for the Provision of Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services for the Development of 17-23 & 22-26 Clements Road, Ilford ("the Contract"). The Contract shall commence on 23rd April 2018 and, shall continue until completion of the services to be provided as set out within the Specification for the development of the Clements Road Sites (the "Contract Period"). Additional information: Process for Submitting an Expression of Interest The Procurement Documents comprise: Selection Questionnaire; Selection Questionnaire - Instructions to Suppliers; Conditions of Contract in the form of the JCT Consultancy Agreement (Public Sector) 2016 as amended by the Authority; Specification (Annex B); and Tender Documents (Annex C) The Procurement Documents, including the Instructions to Suppliers for Submission of a Selection Questionnaire, are available from www.londontenders.org.
