Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified firms for the supply, delivery, database migration, installation, staff training and commissioning of an integrated leisure management and point of sale software solution for Liberty Leisure Limited. Liberty Leisure Limited (LLL) runs 3 leisure centres including wet and dry facilities and a museum in Broxtowe, Nottingham. The current leisure management system installed since 2007 is Omnico, Clarity Live. LLL currently has 68 members of staff that require access to the system with up to 19 people required to be logged into the system at any one time. It is anticipated that the implementation of the new system will improve the customer experience by providing online self-service portal facilitating joining, bookings, payment administration (including direct debit management), account management, and will permit access to these facilities using a range of devices including smartphones.
