Description

The Council is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified consultancy to develop design principles for key streets and spaces within the city centre. Develop illustrative / concept plans for each area and show how principles could be interpreted. Key drivers for the design concepts are green infrastructure, activation to make spaces more vibrant and inviting , as well improved accessibility , enhancing aesthetics, prioritising public safety with the introduction of permanent HVM and active mobility
