Description

In 2018/19 we engaged Arcus consulting to do a diagnostic on the finance team and to provide business partnering training to the whole team. We are planning to continue this work in 2022/23 by rerunning the same diagnostic to confirm progress and have targeted training to bridge gaps identified. This includes 12 structured interviews with up to 12 business/academic leaders and up to 8 finance interviews, plus 2 half-day workshops. There would be continuity/reproducible issues with engaging other vendors since they would have different methodologies and would not be able to compare the performance and findings with the previous diagnostic in 2018/19.
