The objectives of this commission are to support Defra and the DAs with populating our LA cost and performance model with data from LAs. The asks are as follows: Year 2 RFI Cost Data Collection • follow the defined data collection process steps to collect the data using the Request For Information spreadsheet provided • interpret the data, particularly in relation to efficiency • process the data as set out in the process steps
