## Description

The SSRO is seeking to award a 3 year contract for the provision of web-based access to legal resources, covering as a minimum: 1\. Up to date legislation and statutory instruments and linked case law references and commentary; 2\. Comprehensive databases of UK and EU case law; 3\. Encyclopaedias, commentary, journals and practice guides in the following areas: \(a\) Procurement and contracts; \(b\) Administrative and public law; \(c\) Civil procedure, including Judicial Review; \(d\) Access to information, particularly: freedom of information, data protection, GDPR and official secrets; \(e\) Employment law; and 4\. Comprehensive precedent documents\. The SSRO is also seeking pricing for the following additional services \(or equivalents\), which it may purchase at its sole discretion - 5\. Law of Public and Utilities Procurement, volume 1 \(3rd Edition\), Arrowsmith; 6\. Chitty on Contracts, volume 1 \(33rd Edition\), Beale; and/or 7\. Public Procurement Law Review\. The Service should meet the following requirements: • Resources must be updated promptly to reflect developments in the law; • Resources must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 a year, subject to a minimum level of disruption which the bidder should specify in the tender\. • Resources must be available for two concurrent users\.
