Leicestershire County Council seeks to appoint a number of providers to provide Public Health CommunityBased Services\. The requirements are divided into lots: Lot 1 - Provision of an Alcohol Related Risk ReductionScheme Lot 2 - Provision of NHS Healthcare Checks Lot 3 - Provision of intrauterine device \(IUD\), intrauterinesystem \(IUS\) and sub-dermal implants \(SDI\) for contraceptive purposes Fitting and Removal Service Lot 4 -Provision of Smoking Cessation Pharmacotherapy Lot 5 - Provision of Emergency Hormonal Contraception\(EHC\) Women under 25 years of age Tenderers are invited to bid for one or more lots a appropriate\.
