Maintenance and Development of COBA, QUADRO, MyRIAD and SAR

Highways England (HE) is looking to complete the third year of the current three year project (ending 31st March 2020) for maintenance and development of some of its appraisal tools. The project involves the following activities: (A) Maintenance of the COBA, QUADRO, MyRIAD and SAR appraisal tools, including distribution, user support, the recording and removal of bugs and updating of the tools and manuals in line with changes to WebTAG. (B) The continuing development of MyRIAD to improve the quality of results and ease of use. (C) The updating of TA XX/YY Appraisal of Technology Schemes (IAN 160) to reflect changes arising as a result of (A) and (B) above.
