Christmas Lighting Services

Canvey Island Town Council wishes to invite organisations with the appropriate skills, experience, procedures, and financial standing to submit a tender for the following works:

A Three-Year Hire Contract to supply and install the Town Councils Festive Lighting, commencing on 1st November 2024.

Interested parties should contact the Town Clerk on clerk@canveyisland-tc.gov.uk or complete the pre-qualification questionnaire which will be reviewed by the 7th June 2024.

Successful contractors will be sent the full tender documents to be returned by the 12th July 2024.

NOTE: Tender documents will not be sent until a pre-qualification questionnaire has been completed and assessed by the date stated above.
