South Norwood Regeneration Programme Placemaking Design

The Council invites quotations for the provision of South Norwood Regeneration Programme - Placemaking

The London Borough of Croydon is looking to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team to develop a placemaking and identity strategy and framework for South Norwood along with developed designs and delivery plans for key gateway and connection nodes within the focus area. The team will be commissioned to develop plans to RIBA Stage 2 equivalent.

The duration of the contract is 8 months (March 2022), subject to the right of The Council (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract.

£25,000 (ex. VAT) for the design work, inclusive of all expenses, consultation materials, etc. A further £50,000 is available for the delivery of pilot projects.
