EHRC 1920-34 Evaluation of two legal inquiries

The Commission is looking for a suitably experienced contractor(s) with expert knowledge of outcome monitoring and impact evaluation to help it better evaluate and understand the impact of two inquiries. Knowledge of restraint, particularly in an education setting would also be beneficial.\\r\r The work will deliver impact evaluations of two inquiries, one recently published and another ongoing. This will involve defining success and evaluating short term outcomes, as well as medium and longer term outcomes such as broader changes in policy and practice as a result of Commission intervention.
