Reactive Maintenance Services and Small Works Projects

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire (Lead Contracting body), Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service, the Derbyshire Police and Fire Limited Liability Partnership LLP (DPFP)). To establish a multi provider framework contract for the provision of 24/7/365 (6) Reactive Maintenance Services, and Small Works Projects up to a individual value of £350,000.00. The specification is divided into 3 Lots and we intend to award a contract to up to 5 suppliers for Lot 1 Building works and up to 3 suppliers each for Lot 2 Electrical and Lot 3 Mechanical including Plumbing works, total 11 providers. Framework agreement for each lot to be awarded at nil value with no commitment. The estimated annual spend across all categories is £2.1m.
