T0288 Implementation of the National Highways Net Zero Carbon Plan - Technical Support

National Highways has published an ambitious plan to achieve Net Zero Carbon in: our corporate emissions by 2030; our maintenance and construction emissions by 2040; our road user emissions by 2050. National Highways needs support to implement our Net Zero Plan, including technical expertise, project management service, and upskilling our workforce. The Net Zero Plan is being delivered in a cross-company initiative, with work areas expected to own and implement their actions. Support is needed to embed and implement these actions from a central team providing support and assurance services.
