FCDO OVERSEAS MISSIONS GUARDING

The Authority requires a Contractor to deliver the provision of security services in the countries listed in ANNEX A of the Statement of Requirements to ensure the safety and security of HMG and other personnel who come under Authority duty of care in-country.

The Services provided by the Contractor shall include, but not be limited to static guarding, mobile guarding, mobile operations, emergency response, physical security checks, operational control, monitoring of security systems, operational support and management services as further detailed in the statement of requirements, together with any support incidental to such Services.

Any changes to the scope of the Services, to the extent permitted by Law, shall be dealt with as a Variation and agreed in accordance with the terms of the contract.

Additional information: The contract is for an initial 3 year period commencing 01/10/2024 and ending on 30/09/2027.

The contract includes 2 optional 12 month optional extensions, therefore the maximum contract expiry date would be 30/09/2029.

The total value of the contract including extensions options amounts to £13,984,849.41
