## Description

South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue \(SYFR\) is looking to source a training provider to deliver a number \(approximately 56\) of one day development workshops for approximately 1060 staff and fire authority members within the organisation\. This number may go up or down by around 10%\. We anticipate there will be 16 delegates per session\. This training forms part of the compulsory Equality, Diversity & Inclusion training offered to all employees with a focus on challenging inappropriate behaviour and the development and supporting diverse staff\.
