## Description

This variation is being issued to extend the contract between the Authority and the Supplier\. The Terms and Conditions of the Contract under RM3756 Rail Legal Services Panel as previously agreed and amended between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following amendments: - The contract value has been extended by an additional £399,999 excluding VAT and the total contract value is up to £1,399,999 excluding VAT\. - The contract duration has been extended by a further five months to 22nd November 2022\.
