## Description

Celtic Sea Power Ltd \(CSP\) are a 100% subsidiary of Cornwall Council with mission to maximise the benefit to the region of Celtic Sea Floating Offshore Wind\. In support of this mission, CSP is delivering a research project which addresses the methods and benefits of accelerating industrial capacity in the region\. CSP are seeking to commission economic specialism to support delivery of this project\.
