## Description

The site comprises the flat roof located to the top of the Barbican Theatre, located in the Barbican Centre and covers the fly tower of the theatre, based in London, EC2Y 8DS The works comprises the roof renewal to the Fly Tower Roof and associated works, The Barbican Theatre in London including the following: - Removal of the Existing Roof Covering; - Installation of new insulation - New Roofing Covering The current substrate is to be stripped back down to the asphalt and overlaid with a Centech warm roof system, thermally upgrading the roof bringing it in line with current regulations\. The roof is to be finished with the Centech PU 20 system to provide a long-term, seamless, thermally efficient, waterproofing solution\.
