## Description

To convert the existing nursery into a building that is suitable for teaching pottery and other adult education classes\. The building is single storey, brick built and pitched roof\. Internal alterations and refurbishment including the removal of walls, decoration and new flooring is required to meet the needs of the new service users\. To include for replacement Ceilings, Boiler, Lighting, Intruder/Fire Alarms and the installation of electric shutters\.
