## Description

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs \(Defra\) is commissioning an independent evaluation of knowledge accumulated during the National Demonstration Test Catchment \(DTC\) Network from 2009-19\. DTC Network was a Defra funded programme designed to provide robust evidence regarding how diffuse pollution from agriculture can be cost-effectively controlled to improve and maintain water quality in rural river catchment areas\.
